When issuing a refund, please note that payment processing fees incurred at the time of the transaction are not refundable by platforms such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Square, Stripe, and Venmo. Therefore, the refunded amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable processing fees. 

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:

  • The product is returned within 6 months of the purchase date.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is provided.

3. Return Process

1. Contact Us:
  • Please email our customer service team at info@setynia.com with your order details, including the order number and reason for the return.
2. Approval:
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please wait for our approval before sending the product back.
3. Packaging:
  • Securely package the unopened product in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. 
4. Shipping:
  • Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Kindly note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

    4. Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

    Please note: Shipping costs for returning the product are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
