We use Royal Mail or Evri tracked services for all our orders to provide you with peace of mind and ensure your package arrives safely.

- UK: Typically, orders arrive within 2-3 working days.
- Europe, US, and International: For these destinations, you can expect delivery within 5-9 working days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery can vary due to factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and public holidays. We strive to dispatch all orders promptly and will provide tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Incorrect Address
It’s important to double-check your shipping address before finalising your order. If you realise that you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@setynia.com. We will do our best to update your information before the order is shipped.
However, if the shipment has already left our facility, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund for the order. In such cases, you might need to place a new order with the correct address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to follow your package’s journey and ensure you’re available to receive it upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.
